Azercell successfully implements the strategy on development of the mobile communications in the regions

The Company opened a new Express office in Lerik and launched 3 campaigns

Baku, Finance Time. Azercell Telecom – the leading mobile operator of Azerbaijan opened a new Azercell Express office in Lerik under its strategy on development of the mobile telecommunications in the regions. The new office at Nizami street of Lerik provides the subscribers a chance to use three services at the same place. Thus, this new Azercell Express office will operate based on the "one-stop shopping" concept, which has proved to be so convenient for subscribers. Based on this concept, pioneered in Azerbaijan by Azercell, customers will benefit from three services in the same location. They can make payments for their phone bills, use full range of customer services and buy a new phone or a number. New AzEx office, opened in Lerik will not only provide local citizens with reliable network, but also will enable them to enjoy the benefits of the most professional and exemplary customer service in the country.

Expanding its coverage and network, Azercell at the present moment has 19 AzEx offices in Baku and 30 in the regions. Moreover, four Customer Service offices operate in Baku and six in the regions.

We would like to remind that in addition to the opening of new AzEx offices under its strategy on development of the mobile telecommunications in the regions, Azercell also presents new campaigns and products specially tailored to the needs of its regional subscribers. Thus, between 06.07.2014-15.12.2014 the Company offers a new “Regional Campaign” for for pre-selected existing and new prepaid numbers, and prepaid customers who made port In in Celilabad, Masalli and Lerik regions. This campaign consists of three micro-campaigns. The campaign “Join Azercell - refill 1, get 3” 
gives a chance to
customers to get double balance of each loaded scratch card as a bonus from Azercell. Bonus can be used on on-net calls (except calls to short numbers and roaming), internet, off-net and on-net SMS during 30 days. Joining “Free 10 minutes from Azercell”
creates an opportunity for subscribers to speak 10 minutes free, till the next day (00:00), by sending the key word "hediyye", "podarok", "present" or " " to the short number 2662. Bonus minutes can be used on-net calls only (except calls to short numbers and roaming).

The third micro-campaign - “Refill 3 AZN or more - get 24 hours free”provides allcustomers, who  joined this campaign to get 24 hours free, by loading 3 AZN or more on balance. Bonus hours can be used on on-net calls (except calls to short numbers and roaming) during next 24 hour.
