Baku, Finance Time. Since the beginning of 2013 AtaBank issued more than 106 mortgage loans. Total amount of that loans issued as on favorable terms  and on usual terms exceeded  4 260,830 Mlnmanats.  Average age of the citizens who have received on the average of 40 000 thousand manat on credit, compile 25-35 years, and average price of the apartments taken on the average 25 years, total   65 000 Manats.

It should be noted that AtaBank is the member of  Mortgage Fund since 2006. And since that time AtaBank issued more than 487 mortgage loans ,from which 398 were issued on favorable terms and 89 on usual terms.

“AtaBank” OJSC has opened  22 branches.  12 of them are located in Baku, and 12 of them in Gandja, Sumgayit, Khachmaz, Evlakh, Mingechevir, Shamkir, Geychay, Shirvan, Naftalan and Lenkoran.
