As reports Finance Time, referring to the “E-Azerbaijan.info”, training on “Concrete and corrosion of its reinforcement” was conducted for the Holcim customers.

Currently, one of the biggest and most common challenges is the corrosion of the reinforcement embedded into concrete, as it is directly related with durability of the whole structure. Demand on concrete’s specific parameter is continuously growing and making the experts of the RMX plants and construction companies to pay more attention for this problem.

Based on over 100 years of experience, the experts of Holcim (Azerbaijan) provided an excellent opportunity for the participants to get deep insight on application of concrete, reasons for corrosion of embedded reinforcement and the preventive actions, as well as the curing procedure.
