In 2025, Azerbaijani banks paid 316.78 million AZN in corporate income tax, up 61% year-on-year.

Kapital Bank ranked first with 86.18 million AZN, followed by ABB (82.22 million AZN) and PAŞA Bank (52.79 million AZN). Bank Respublika and Xalq Bank also entered the top five.

The corporate income tax rate for banks in Azerbaijan is 20%.
