On January 19, 2026, a voluntary blood donation campaign dedicated to January 20  the National Day of Mourning  was held under the slogan “We Honor the Dear Memory of the Martyrs,” organized by the Medical Service Department of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The blood donation campaign took place at the Republican Blood Bank under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Employees of the Medical Service Department of the State Customs Committee, staff of the Central Customs Hospital, and medical residents participated in the campaign.
