AccessBank has expanded its regional initiative, “Access2Success: Fundamentals of Business Management,” aimed at strengthening women’s entrepreneurship, to Lankaran city. The event brought together women entrepreneurs from various sectors — trade, agriculture, food production, services, and more — to exchange experiences and insights.

Within the framework of the project, AccessBank specialists conducted interactive sessions on topics such as financial literacy, legal aspects of entrepreneurship, marketing for entrepreneurs, and personal brand development. Participants shared their own business experiences and discussed the challenges they face in the process of business growth.

At the end of the training program, participants received certificates from AccessBank.

It is worth noting that the Access2Success initiative was launched by AccessBank in 2022. Since then, it has provided hundreds of women entrepreneurs in Baku and various regions of Azerbaijan with opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills in strategic planning, sales and marketing, e-commerce, human resources, and reporting.
