AccessBank held its Access2Success project — implemented to support the development of women’s entrepreneurship — this time in Nakhchivan.
The event brought together women entrepreneurs from various sectors, including trade, pharmacy, jewelry, fashion, and others.
As part of the project, AccessBank specialists conducted interactive sessions on topics such as financial literacy, the legal framework and inspections in entrepreneurship, digital marketing, marketing communications, and personal brand development. At the end of the training program, AccessBank presented certificates to all participants.
The Access2Success project clearly demonstrates AccessBank’s commitment to supporting entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan, particularly women’s entrepreneurship. The initiative aims to strengthen women entrepreneurs’ knowledge and skills, enhancing their economic participation and leadership roles.
It should be noted that AccessBank launched the Access2Success project in 2022. Since then, the project has helped hundreds of women entrepreneurs develop their expertise in strategic planning, crisis management, sales and marketing, e-commerce, human resources, and accountability. The bank plans to continue the project on a larger scale across various regions to support even more women entrepreneurs in the future.
